On the way to Eagle!

My boy scout has earned his first 2 merit badges. Mitch has been working hard, going to scouts every week, attending merit badge clinics, and going on all the campouts he can. He was awarded with Architecture and Citizenship in the Nation badges.
There are so many scouts right now (16) that they had to divide them up into 3 separate groups. Each group got to name themselves and Mitch's group was dubbed the "Newbies". The leaders also give out nicknames for the boys and somehow Mitch ended up with "Mitchtable" like vegetable. I asked for an explanation and there was none. They said, "it just sounds good".

Way to go Mitch!! Maybe you should get your computer merit badge by teaching your mom how to use Adobe Elements. Btw...Brad taught Jake the basics a couple summers ago. You should ask him. Oh yes...and good for Carson! He needs to be included!!

Has my absence made your heart grow fonder?

Just wondering... I'm back I'm behind I'm intimidated There is no way that I can "catch up" with this blog.  It's a daunting task.  It's one reason I'm so far behind!  I want to post but then I see the enormous amount of time and posts that have past since my last and I walk away. So...I will sum up.   Sorry...wordy and no pictures.
