Thanksgiving came late this year

Scott's work schedule has been up in the air lately. He's was supposed to go to "day shift" for some training several times in the last few months but they keep putting it off for one reason or another. At first Scott had to work on Thanksgiving, then he would be on days so he would have it off, then they put it off again and he was back to working......and on, and on, and on
Finally, it was decided he would be on nights still and working. Since he would be sleeping all Thanksgiving Day so he could work that night, we decided to do NOTHING! The kids and I had the greatest LAZY day! I didn't even do dishes or change the laundry. It was fabulous!
Scott has every Monday off so we decided it would be perfect to have our Thanksgiving Dinner then. We (Scott) could cook all day while the kids were at school and eat when they all got home.
Scott made it all! Turkey, stuffing, potatoes and gravy, yams, jello pretzel salad, Heavenly Hash (formerly known as Missionary Salad), pumpkin pie and pumpkin dump cake.
Now I'm hungry again!

Toby did NOT want to be left out. He does his fun little "pop up" every 2 minutes, or so
"Oh, please, let me have some!"
