Rylee's Early Birthday Present

Rylee turns 8 in April. We figured it was about time she had her own room to learn some modesty in this house full of boys. We made that part of our "to do" list while Scott was off work. We had to get rid of our Guest Room so when we do have guests, Rylee will sleep on Carson's top bunk and the guests will get her room because she now has the queen bed.

Here's what the Little's room looked like originally

Then we decided to go pink and Carson just had to endure! It's a good thing he's an easy going little boy!

Now it's all hers. A Queen bed for our Princess. I am also excited to get the dolls up. They were my mother's and they look so good on Rylee's wall.

Can she really be almost 8?

I LOVE that she gets a queen bed! How princessesque! And although you know I am a yellow finatic, I also love the pink walls.

Yes... 8 is just around the corner. Mayzie's getting baptized on Sunday after church. Can you believe it? Hope y'all can come!

I love the new changes! Glad you had your handyman around to do everything! The garage is especially nice!

Has my absence made your heart grow fonder?

Just wondering... I'm back I'm behind I'm intimidated There is no way that I can "catch up" with this blog.  It's a daunting task.  It's one reason I'm so far behind!  I want to post but then I see the enormous amount of time and posts that have past since my last and I walk away. So...I will sum up.   Sorry...wordy and no pictures. After our fun trip to Moberly, MO, we joined Jen, her kids and Gma J in a caravan to SLC for the Plewe Family Reunion.  We were so excited to be traveling with family making travel life more fun with cousins!  We did have fun but the hellish travel trends continued to plague us!  At one stop Gma locked her keys in the car...we waited for a LONG time till AAA could come and break us in.  This put us into our first stop pretty late but nothing unmanageable.  However, when we got to our hotel in Cheyenne, WY the hotel we had a reservation at (and called to confirm just a couple hours before) had given our ...
