Chase is 11 - 7/26/09

It's true...my 2nd born is 11 years old.
He got a DSi for his birthday...a month ago! We decided it would be good for him to have it while on our big trip to Missouri. On his actual birthday he got gifts from other family.

11 things we love about Chase
1. His name is a verb - if you add his middle name (Lee) it becomes an adverb
2. He has a sense of humor and uses it to the fullest
3. He's great with little kids
4. He has great hair - at least 3x what his mom has
5. He's left handed
6. He has an amazing memory
7. He's pretty cute
8. His imagination is still intact at 11
9. He always wears shoes...no matter the weather
10. Did I mention he's funny?
11. He's my absolute favorite 2nd born, 11 year old EVER!!

Has my absence made your heart grow fonder?

Just wondering... I'm back I'm behind I'm intimidated There is no way that I can "catch up" with this blog.  It's a daunting task.  It's one reason I'm so far behind!  I want to post but then I see the enormous amount of time and posts that have past since my last and I walk away. So...I will sum up.   Sorry...wordy and no pictures. After our fun trip to Moberly, MO, we joined Jen, her kids and Gma J in a caravan to SLC for the Plewe Family Reunion.  We were so excited to be traveling with family making travel life more fun with cousins!  We did have fun but the hellish travel trends continued to plague us!  At one stop Gma locked her keys in the car...we waited for a LONG time till AAA could come and break us in.  This put us into our first stop pretty late but nothing unmanageable.  However, when we got to our hotel in Cheyenne, WY the hotel we had a reservation at (and called to confirm just a couple hours before) had given our ...
