What Makes Sammy Speed?!

My Dad was in a movie to prevent teenage speeding way back in 1957. As children we heard about this movie all the time but never saw it. Tonight my Dad called to inform me that he found the movie in 2 parts on YouTube!! Proof! My Dad plays Sammy and he's in the striped shirt. Wasn't he dreamy?!

Part One

Part Two

Sad and tragic ending...did you learn why it's not good to speed?

What was it like growing up with such a scary driver?

LOL...I left your dad a comment. That movie actually has a pretty applicable message for today's drivers!

What's it like being a 2nd generation starlet? Did the paparazzi follow you around like Suri?

How fun to have found this!

why, why, WHY!!!! If only he had better self esteme - if only he were not so sneaky with the cops - oh, if only. Sammy would be with us now....

Wow, I really got into that - yes he was dreamy for a guy that went to HS in the 50's. My dad really did blow up a bridge - wish they would have made a movie about that. He also had a liscense plate that said "halfast" (Yes, can be pronounced two ways) Tell you dad, he can make more movies - he has a following now:-)

That is so great. I think that's what Chase is going to look like when he grows up. Know I can report another "star sighting"! :)
