Toby Becomes a Jorgensen
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to the Reyne Family!! Scott, Kim, Annalise and Dallin...you have made our family so happy!
We love dogs. We have had a few. I always had one growing up. Scott's family were more cat people but he still loves a good dog.
We especially love already trained, no longer a puppy but still fun, non-shedding, perky, smiley, head-cocking, ear-twitching, same color as my comforter, kiss-giving, empty water bottle destroying, deep sniffing, lap dogs.
So lucky for us the Reyne family has that EXACT dog!! Brother Reyne was diagnosed with a tumor a while back and last month when he started his treatments they needed a dog-sitter to keep the dog-germs out of his weakened immune system. We volunteered for one of the 2 weeks needed. I offered to keep Toby as long as they needed. Kim asked, if it came to it, if we would be interested in keeping him. I told her "absolutely...if it came to that". I, in no way, wanted to TAKE or STEAL their dog from them but we love Toby, so we did want to "jump" at this opportunity.
Our week of dog-sitting turned into a month and we finally got the word that he can now be a Jorgensen! Thank you Dallin and you can come over ANY time to see Toby!!
We love this dog so much that I literally feel like we STOLE him away from them. We waited on pins and needles till the day they decided to LET us keep him. The minute I announced this to the kids, and Scott, they swarmed him with pats, hugs and love welcoming him permanently to our family.
We've had other BIG dogs that wanted to be a lap dog...Toby is just the right size
Not a puppy anymore but still loves to play
Smiley Toby...Smiley Mitchy
He loves to be anywhere people are...doesn't like to be alone.
Carson loves to poke at, look at, pet, tickle, and pester Toby...all out of love.
Can you see the love in his eyes??
Sometimes he acts like a cat sleeping on his back.
We love you Tobykins and we love you Reyne Family for letting us keep him.
p.s. Toby is a pure-bred West Highland Terrier

PS Everytime I turn on the tv in my room (which isn't very often) I see your book on top of it. I am so sorry, and I WILL get it back to you SOON.
